It used to be real pleasant going to this location during the day and now its a bunch of attitude. The girl with dark long hair, Mercedes? She has an attitude for everything not very pleasant at all. I asked are you having a bad day and her response was, "are you and what do you need?" Ive seen many other regular customers just walk out because of her rudeness. You need to bring Rick back. He was very pleasant, he got to know the customers and always had a smile when you walked thru that door. If you go in after the 1st shift is off you will get good service. I had to rate it a 2 only because that girl is so rude with attitude. We even thought maybe shes having a bad day but this is every time we go in there. I spend a lot of money at dottys and I tip very well and I would at least like to b offered a drink with a smile showing me some kind of gratitude for my business.
