Botched root canal - ended up losing the tooth due to a fractured root. This company won't do anything to make it right. They take your money and don't care about you afterwards. Wouldn't work me in for a follow up and even told me don't come because they won't work me in. A waste of $1,000 there and many dr/dental bills afterwards as a result. A month of pain because of these people and lost time at work because of their botch job. Asked them before work was even done if they guaranteeed it and they said yes. Some guarantee!!!

I love Trinity Endo group! Dr Crawford is the only Docotor I would trust to
Do a root canal! He is the most compassionate Doctor I've met, not just to me but also in the way he speaks to his staff. And talk about a fast procedure!! I've heard horror stories of patients having root canals where the doctor has to go back into the tooth after the follow up X-ray again and again to get everything but Dr Crawford completes the procedure with the first attempt! It may not sound like a big deal for him to be able to do this, but trust me, when you're laying there with material all of your mouth hardly being able to swallow it is VERY important your endodontist gets it and out!! I've been to Dr Crawford for two root canals and his staff is so friendly! Even though they are there everyday they still recognize that for the patient it's not an everyday thing, it can be overwhelming, and they are there with u every step
Of the way. I read a review that Trinity is overpriced but in my experience they are very affordable and remember people....u get what u pay for! Hopefully I will never need another root canal but if I do the only place I will trust with my oral health care is Trinity Endo group of Lakeland!!

Worst place every! Save your money and time. I went for a root canal and got an infection in my mouth no where near my root canal that I couldnt eat from for three weeks. It was from the injections he put it that hurt like hell and were no where near my tooth. Ive had root canals done before never did I have so much pain or get an infection. Then they use the cheapest fill in material. Fill in came oit first within one week. The following time within two days. Just got it filled in again lets see if this lasts. These people are crooks. I heard the receptionist on the phone with a patient and when she hing up the other receptionist was asking who it was. Then she said the name and said oh she always has problems shes always in here complaining about something we did wrong. Great I thought just my luck a bad dental office! And after that was when all this happened. Should have left that instance. Coast dental is wayyyy better. Save your time and money and take your business else where.
