This is a five star doctor. He hits the ball out of the park in all areas. Very informative, covering your procedure. His assistant is top notch, a well rehearsed team. The receptionist is top notch as well. This group could be a consultant team to teach other offices how to operate.

I must agree with all of the 5 star ratings for Northshore Endodontics and expecially Dr. John Sullivan - he explained everything, told me what to expect after my root canal, was very attentive to my concerns, and did a fantastic job of performing the procedure in a completely pain-free manner. He even followed up later to make sure I was doing okay. His assistant was awesome as well and they performed the procedure like a finely tuned clock. The office staff are very friendly - I have no problem giving this place a "5 Star Rating", and I'm cautious about rating places so well unless they really deserve it. If you need a root canal performed, I don't think you'll feel you made a mistake choosing this place - on the contrary - I believe you'll be very happy you did.

Hard to write that I "enjoyed" a root canal, but I was very pleased with my experience. The staff and assistants levels of friendliness and professionalism were extraordinary compared to other medical offices.

A great experience. Nice friendly people and pain free! I have been to "many" dentists and I can tell when they know how. Never knew I had been given a shot. Very light touch. I was in for a root canal and there was a lot to do. Couldn't have had a better experience. Very professional.
