I HAVE ATTENDED SERVICES FOR ABOUT SIX MONTHS AT REDEMPTION CHURCH. IT WOULD TAKE A LOT MORE SPACE THAN I HAVE HERE TO WRITE WHAT I THINK OF THIS CHURCH AND PASTORS ED AND NORA KING. SUFFICE IT TO SAY, IT 'S A CHURCH THAT THRIVES ON GOD'S WORD AND ACTUALLY HAS THE AUDACITY TO TEACH ITS MEMBERS TO BELIEVE EVERY WORD OF IT. AND GET THIS, "TO ACTUALLY LIVE IT OUT DAY BY DAY!" IMAGINE THAT IN THIS CULTURE. JESUS SAID THERE WOULD BE MANY "WOLVES IN SHEEP'S CLOTHING" TO COME AFTER HIM. TRUE SHEEP WILL KNOW THE TRUE SHEPHERD'S VOICE. THERE IS NO PRESSURE, BROWBEATING, GUILT TRIPPING, SHAMING, ETC., THERE IS PLAIN TEACHING AND SIMPLE ENCOURAGEMENT TO GO STUDY FOR MYSELF AND TO RIGHTLY DIVIDE THE WORD OF GOD. THE KINGS BOTH STRESS TAKING GOD'S WORD SERIOUSLY. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE THAT PUTS GOD FIRST, "THE PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING!" IT TASTES REALLY GOOD TO ME.

This is the greatest church I have ever attended! The music is very lively and upbeat. Guitars, Drums, sometimes "horns" and the singers are very dedicated to Praise and Worship Music. The sermons are ALWAYS right on with the Times and the Word. The Children's Church is Super, the kids love it! The Youth Department is very well run! The teens are "On Fire for the Lord"! If you are looking for something a little bit more upbeat and modern, but yet honest and uncompromisingly true to the Word of God, this is the place for you and your Family!

Life-Changing!!!!
When I visited RC in 2001, I was a christian but a heart broken one. My husband had left me with two small boys to raise and I was trying to put my life back together. My sister was already a member of the church but my plans were to attend another church to become the praise and worship leader. I had met the pastor and he heard me sing and asked me to join his team. God had another plan for me and I decided to visit RC instead. The atmosphere of love, the preaching of God's Word and the power of the Holy Spirit began to heal my heart. That was 16 years ago and my life has radically changed by the power of God! When friends I haven't seen in a long time see me, they tell me that I look and act younger! Truly the Lord has renewed my youth. I met my husband there and we recently celebrated 11 years of marriage. He truly is a gift from God to me. I now know that God's plan for me is to prosper in every way to win the lost! I could go on and on about how God used RC to transform my life. If you are looking for a church home that will challenge you, love you, transform you through the Word of God, Redemption Church is the place for you!
