Wings are always poor quality. Today they said there's a two hour wait time when the other wing zone on Western Blvd was 45 minutes. The manager put me on hold for 10 minutes. Nobody got time for that!

I love this place, the price is reasonable and the food is great. I would recommend this location to anyone in the Jacksonville area

Waited a hour for food we get it and the order is wrong... I call and let them know and they inform me that I will need to give them back the order they messed up and wait another 45 minutes for food. Pretty ticked off that they even had the nerve to ask for the food back. Also the manager is really rude!

I was not terribly crazy about the food it wasn't bad it was okay but the service was incredible it was really really good and for that reason I give it a 4-star rating

They have messed up my orders time and time again. They have always been late or something in order was wrong or missing. Even wgen given exact directions to where they need to go they say they get lost and then want to bring me my hour late cold food. Well this last time was it for me i am happy for those who have had wonderful experiences with them but I have not. That is the reasons for the 1 star.
