The manager didn't know specials. I called before I went there. I asked to speak to manager she said she was the manager. Then I asked her for her name, she said hold on when she came back on the phone she still didn't give her name. The donuts weren't fresh the guy who brought us our food still got it wrong after we said what we wanted at the menu board he wasn't the person who took our order at the menu board. There were no other customers besides 1 including us so that made 2. Attitudes were rude. I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble, Because my daughter works in the same environment with customer service but if I see something is wrong or out the way I'm going to speak about it, plain and simple. How come a manager doesn't want to give his or her name. Also the donuts weren't fresh when I got home. I live less then 5 minutes away. I think mangers should be required to give they names and should also know the specials.

This Dunkin' Donuts is so much better than the one on Gum Branch. The donuts are soft and fresh and the customer service is far superior to what I experienced at the Gum Branch location. My favorite Jacksonville Dunkin' Donuts location!
