Adequate, but awkward. It's not the most welcoming environment. The staff frequently goes through the basic motions of getting customers processed through quickly, but misses huge opportunities to add services. On one recent occasion, the cashier didn't ask if I would like a beverage! I had to force the issue. The staff never asks if I would like simple extras such as a spring roll or soy sauce. I happen to know those are available, so I have to ask. I don't bother with the spring rolls if they're in so much of a hurry. The maintenance at the beverage bar a couple days ago was sloppy, but sadly better than many fast food restaurants. I'm used to the service in Yucaipa where they do a much better job.
