Dr. Angela Wright Brown and her staff are dedicated to excellence in dentistry. Having shattered my Jaw, the alignment of crowns is crucial. I found Dr. Wright Brown uses the latest in dental technology.I.e., very modern equipment and she has placed my crowns with no re-work.

Ms. Wrong had a very bad attitude with me because I was unhappy with her service. Even though I expressed what I was unhappy about in a professional matter, she immediately became defensive and unable to hear the needs I was trying to convey to her to be able to better help me out. Once I schedule an 8am appointment and had to wait for her devotion to end before being seen 20 minutes later. I appreciate the love of God but I don't think customers should have to wait like that. Let's just schedule my appointment for 8:30 and both parties will be happy. I’ve also had 2 other customer’s say the same thing! Another time I had to wait over 45 minutes for service before I canceled it and rescheduled. So I think it's safe to say she didn't value my time but maybe she'll value yours. There’s a $100 fee for canceling so be sure to cancel 2 days ahead of time.
After finding another dentist, I went back to Ms. Wrong's office to have an adjustment performed on a crown she installed. She assured me that she wasn't going to charge me for the service even though I had not been to her in a year. I said thank you and believed I did not have to pay anything. And even though I still felt my bite was off, I calmly told her I still feel discomfort when I bite down but I could sense her frustration when she advised that’s all she could do. I said ok, I understand and I decided to pay the $30 fee for her time (well her receptionist Corey told me that service was only $30 so that's what I paid) and just allow my new dentist to fix it even though I’d have to pay them because they did not install it. Now, evidently the price changed for "me" as a week later I received a billing statement in the mail for a total of $111 stating that I still owed her $30 more dollars for the service she originally said was going to be covered because the crown was installed by her office. She also received $51 from my insurance company stating it was an oral evaluation. I immediately sent the $30 check in fear she’d try to ruining my credit and at this point the $60 fee was much easier than dealing with her again as I felt like she had a personal vendetta against me for not having a” healthy smile.”
I was nice and respectful throughout all our interactions but later she sent me another mailing stating that I should find another dentist; but I'd already advised her that I had another dentist and (I changed from her not because of her attitude but because she no longer accepted my insurance for preventive care and I had to pay $25 for a cleaning when it was previously free) I only went back to her to fix the crown she installed. If she'd told me that she was going to charge me $111 for the service, I’d surely would have given that business to my new dentist and not her.
You may not have the same experience dealing with Ms. Wrong as I did but to assure yourself of that, always say you are happy with the service even if you're not. Always expect a higher bill (even for routine cleanings) in the mail a week later after you are pretty sure you owe them nothing. Believe me, I would not be writing this long review if I had not had a bad experience with her and unjustifiably treating me the way she did. Like her, I also run a business and I understand the value of a positive attitude and great customer service. Hopefully she reads this and understands how she made me feel and doesn’t alienate other clients.
