This place is awesome. It's nice to come here and view the architecture. Somehow, it manages to be fairly tranquil, even though it's in downtown. I like to come here to exercise.

The city could do a bit better of a job of keeping the fountain water clean, there are still quite a bit of homeless people there.

This was my first visit here and I found it to be very calm and beautiful. I didn't see any homeless people and it seemed very clean. There's seating right by the water and there were people having a picnic. The only reason I gave it a 4 star and not 5 is because my husband said some parts smelt like horse manure and stale urine. I didn't agree. :)

Well manicured lawn, trees, landscaping. Clean and well kept. Water wall is pretty cool. Had low expectations, looking for somewhere unique to take out of town guests. Spent half hour walking and enjoying the large, encompassing sound inside the fountain. Worth a one-time visit if in the area.
