Will not order from Rod's again.
We ordered a pizza for delivery and were told it would be about an hour. No problem. After about an hour and a half we called, we're put on hold for an additional ten minutes, and finally when the woman clicked back to us (on accident- she thought we were a different customer) we asked what was going on and why we were on hold so long- and was a pizza headed our way or not. She said it was sent out just now. We asked why, and were told "well we're busy". After asking for a manager we were put on hold again only to be told five minutes later that "she's busy, she'll have to call you back."
Well, it's been 24 hours. No one has called.
Our order was incorrect when it was finally delivered- over two hours later. And the delivery man had to call us twice because he wasn't sure which hotel we were in and they didn't write down our room number for him either.
I don't write negative reviews, but all you had to do was call us to tell us you were behind. Or you could've called to tell us our order was lost and it's been rectified and it's on its way to us. Or, at the very least, you could've called when you said you would. So here's our review.

Very good pizza and good service. I would recommend to anyone that enjoys a good crust. You can choose your own crust, sauce cheese and toppings. Provolone cheese was so good!

Visiting from out of town. Was pretty empty when we came in during an off hour. Good service. Excellent pizza. Crust was extra tasty, we got the sicillian. The pattys pepperoni was amazing. Three different kinds of pepperoni. The cheese ratio was perfect.

The live music was great can't say I really cared for the food. My first time and probably my last. If you visit go on Saturday you will enjoy the music.

LOVE Rod's! We've come here for three years now on our way home from vacation and have experienced nothing but top-notch service and food! Brenda is an incredible waitress and we've been lucky enough to have her each time. Godfather your pizza - you won't regret it!!
