Great and friendly service. My electric wheelchair had a breakdown. They were very fast to deliver me a rental and even offered to help troubleshoot my electric wheelchair. A special thank you to Hugh. Highly recommended.

The scooter from U-Go made our trip so much more enjoyable. My wife was able to enjoy all the things we avoided on our first trip (when we didn't have a scooter). Waimea Falls, The Aloha Stadium Market, The Dole Plantation, Bishop Museum and so much more. Hugh delivered the scooter to our resort, and make sure we knew how to drive and assemble the unit. Had no mechanical issues, we just charged it up each night. I would highly recommend this company for anyone that wants to enjoy Oahu worry-free.

Befor going to Oahu I knew I would need a wheelchair. Using Google map I Favorited U-Go Mobility because it's on Nimitz Hwy and passed by most everyone going from the airport to Waikiki. When I arrived I called U-Go Mobility to inquire about a wheelchair. Spoke with Hugh and arranged delivery to my hotel room which arrived quicker than I had expected, like a Room Service order. To return all I had to do is call and give the location and it would be picked up. This a company that exudes pure Aloha and it will be my only choice when in Oahu.

Great company to rent from! I gained so much Independence on my trip to Hawaii because of this service! I can't them enough for the delivery to my hotel. The driver was waiting for me when I arrived and a very quick transaction. The scooter was very reliable and I was able to go anywhere with it that I normally couldn't walk to with my handicap.

I had no idea how to go about getting help for a 86 y/o friend that needed an electric wheelchair because he could barely walk. I was very pleased to know that Hugh/Patti went out of their way to bring equipment to his home and help him set up with personal instructions. They are truly professionals and caring people of Hawaii. I highly recommend their products and services. Ky
