Ordered two medium pizzas tonight and you guys gave the driver the wrong damn pizzas. It's not the driver whom is at fault it's the poor service in which I recieved. Never had a issue with pizza hut but I have no car and y'all screwed my order.

I shouldn't have to rate a thing to write a complaint. I wish I could get a hold to someone who can shut this location down. see the problems is this location was created for the urban side of Hattiesburg "The Black Folks" the one on hardy use to deliver my way, but the pizza guys kept getting robbed. now I understand that and the measure they took to insure safety, but what they've establish at this location is just plain ole losy service and it's giving Pizza Hut a bad look of which I know they can do better.
I ordered a supreme! I don't know what it was, but it was not a supreme a Pizza, not to mention it was cold. I've had many orders that never came and when I called they said my order had been redirected to Tennessee, this is Hattiesburg, Ms. What the heck! I hope someone higher up reads this and shut it down.

Do not order from here!!!!!!We waited an hour for the pizza, we ordered it well done and it was not hot what so ever or well done..actually very soggy, the order amount was 12.76 and when we asked change back for a $20 she said she had no change. She was skinny with a shaved head so if you are ready this Pizza Hut something needs to be done about this driver. I spoke with her manager and he said they are supposed to carry change. I will never EVER order Pizza Hut again. Dominos you just got yourself a new customer.
