Very nice, new and clean inside for being in such a sketchy area. Polite and quick to take and make my order. The also offer order here kiosh. School kids hang out here.

Ok: Food was average. One Staff quite helpful.
Not Ok: Some of their staff seem to mess up orders or forget what was ordered.
There s homeless people inside asking for change(a rather bad neighborhood in Hartford) and - which was even more annoying - floor super sticky.

Rude workers, terrible service, wait for 3 coffees was 15 minutes and they didn't mark which one was French vanilla. When I asked them which one it was they said they didn't know and the sticker machine was broken and that I should smell them. How would they feel if I smelled one of their coffees. What if something fell in from my nose. I shouldn't have to smell my coffee to know which one is French vanilla. Food is always cold and the homeless people are always asking for money even if you are eating. You can't use their bathroom unless you buy something and the door to the bathroom is always locked because of the ridiculous amount of drug users that use the bathroom to get high. Do not go there and definitely do not take your kids there.

Service is ok they take long to give you your food after you paid for it like most McDonalds, some workers are rude don't have good customer service starting with supervisor, some times the're things that don't work like the credit card machine and etc. They remodel and insted of the place lookin better it looks ok... Food is good but it could better like the fries.

I really did enjoy myself but my meal wasn't completely hot it tasted like it had been sitting back somewhere. I expected hot food and didn't get it but I would still recommend this location
