Just checked it the Hilton today and decided to eat here since I was short on time. Our waitress was Laurie and she provided great service. I ordered the classic burger which was great. Looking forward to coming back during my 3 day stay.

Please do yourself a favor and just stay away. It was a two hour ordeal to get dinner. We should have known what we were in for when the place was only quarter full and out of menus. Three of our dinners came out and 30 minutes later the last dinner , which was a simple wrap had finally arrived. The food was room temperature and bland. We were staying for a conference and as a result of the entire ordeal missed an entire session. We felt horrible for the waitress who was taking the brunt of the kitchen's issues. A manager didn't even both to address the issues at the tables and left the waitress to fend for herself. Happy to pay for our first and last meal here, if we're able to save someone else the same trouble.

Can't even get a menu for 30 min.now it has bin an hour and just got a drink. I am considering ordering pizza and have it delivered now two hours leaving. Holy sheet

We ordered the corned beef hash benedict for takeout. It was overpriced at $13 for the following reasons. The corned beef was deli meat quality full of gristle. The English muffin wasn't fully toasted and dry. The seasoning left a strange aftertaste. We will not be ordering from them again.

My daughter and I were in town for a race, and stayed at the Hilton. After an exhausting day the M&M Bistro was convenient and had good casual prices. I got the French Onion soup which was excellent and a chicken sandwich that was exceptional. My daughter got the baked mac and cheese and a side of asparagus. The mac and cheese is under apps but this should also say small plates because it was almost dinner sized. It came out in a cast iron skillet with perfect baked bread crumbs, stringy cheese, and was excellent. The asparagus side was plentiful, large, and well seasoned. She ate every last spear.
Service was very attentive with someone, who appeared to be a manager, making sure it was all flowing well. If she saw an empty glass and the server was busy she quickly refilled it.
This place had some bad reviews but our experience was very good and if they had issues before, they certainly seemed resolved now. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
