The front desk was very helpful, speedy and resourceful. They got me in and out in a timely manner and were all-in-all a pleasure to do business with. Great family atmosphere throughout.

Had a death in the family out of state. Called ahead of time to tell the owner that I would be down to the office as soon as I could get there and to have the new quotes ready to go over,so as to add on a new car to a policy that was already on another car. Well I get down to the office at 1:40 p:m. Only 1 person there, everyone left for lunch. The (4 month old) new reception stated that she left all the info in the computer. NOT ONE PAPER FOR ME TO READ OVER. NOT EVEN THE CORRECT INFO. The gentleman called her and she said if I wanted to wait a half hour, she would be back. I left. When I came back 1 1/2hrs later, still no show. They are having a birthday party during business hours. No note explaining anything, when I came in, from the person I am supposed to be meeting with. The new employee sat me down at the END of the desk,so as I could try to see the screen, and helped me for 40 minutes. When the owner came in, she VERY RUDELY, told me to get from behind the desk, and this other employee was going to take over. I expressed that this gentleman has been helping me and I wanted to finish up with him. She stated, extremely mean that" He works for me, not you." She never apologised for the wait and was upset at me because I was upset with the way they run their company. She does not act like a grown up at all. The new figures that I received are HIGHER than the ones the new guy gave me. Money hungry, dysfunctional, rude, does not care about the clients just the bottom dollar. What a front. Look around for people that care about your wallet as well as you as a human being. I said that I was leaving, she said "go". WOW. I have had checks deposited late. Cash deposited not on time. Direct Depositing not put back on my account, which ended up costing me money. Very dysfunctional.She soon will be "Fired" drain the swamp!
