I had an awful experience and I'm never going to buy a book from them again. They sold me the wrong access code for MathLab and asked and they said it would work. I came back and told me they wouldn't exchange it and that I had to contact the Pearson website myself. I did and they said they can't help me because I didn't purchase it at the campus book store. So now I'm stuck with an access code that doesn't work and they won't refund my money or allow me to exchange it because it's past the date.
