Lots of different foods to choose from. Overall the quality is good. The food seem to be fresh and plentiful during the dinner hours. The food staff does a nice job of keeping things tidy too. The wait staff likes to spend most of their time hidden away in the back and talking amongst themselves. Often times if I need something I have to hunt someone down to get help.
The dessert selection is awful. So if you’re looking to have a sweet treat after dinner make plans to stop in somewhere else.
The environment is loud and very crowded but I suppose that comes with the buffet territory

One of our favorite Fresno restaurants, their food is always fresh and delicious especially sushi! The calamari is the most tender anywhere, you'll never find better. The waitstaff is so nice! I'm really shy and nervous and they're so kind to me. Love it.

One of the best if not the best buffet restaurant in town. So many options from vegetables, meat and seafood. For a very reasonable price, you can not go wrong. I understand why the place is always packed. I would have given them a 5 stars but they can always improve. My only suggestion is replace the lights or at least make the place brighter. It's a bit dark inside. No open windows. It might be time to renovate the place. Other than this, I recommend this place and will go back again and again.

Lin's Fusion has always been a reliable, go-to place to take my wife and daughter. The food has reliable taste. The service is typically always provided by smiling faces.
Went there this evening. The only thing noticeably different was a slight price increase. Will this deter us from thinking of Lin's as a reliable, go-to joint to get a variety of food? No. A profit margin is necessary for all businesses and I imagine with the number of people visiting, they have to maintain that margin. My major hope is that it will not drive away business. Likely some people will be SO upset about a price change.

Very nice. Very good sushi. Many more to try but got too full too fast. There is a bar, sushi bar, and a dessert stand. Not that expensive. This is a buffet and they have so much food to decide to choose. They always have rights to refuse our services to anyone. The people here are very polite and have many manners. Busy most of the time. They cost like 10 dollars per person.
