The music was way too loud. I had to scream to place my order... The store looks new and great!! Thats the only thing good about this place.. my daughter wanted meatball sub.. the lady said that the ones they had were to old to serve, so I asked her how long for some fresh ones, and she kept hesitating to answer.. finally she said about 10 minutes. .. so my daughter didnt want to be bothersome so she just got a different sub. Then I asked if they had cookies, and she asked me how many and what kind.. I told her 6.. she then said oh no way theres not 6.. then I said do you have 3? .. and she said no.. So I was like well then how many... she didnt even go to the back to see. anyways.. I just said nevermind.. the guy in front of me canceled one of his sandwiches and the lady threw it on the counter behind her .. my daughter jokingly and politely asked her if shes had a long day.. her response was nahhh.. its been a long week. long story short.. got all the way home and my sons sub wasnt in the bag... If the worker knows that the meatballs are old .. I think she could of at least made sure that there was fresh food always.. that is their job...time for some new employees... there wasnt .. they wasnt busy at all.. my visit was on Nov. 4, 2017

Always clean fast and friendly! Plus I love the subs! Great that they are open til 12!

Patient and polite service at this location. My parents go there frequently. Food is always good and made exactly how you want it. Friendly staff.

They keep getting progressively slower, and rude. The woman taking our drive through order was incredibly rude and slow, and made us repeat our order several times, and was snippy when we corrected her on what we wanted. Then we waited almost twenty minutes to get our food, and as she is handing it to us, mentions that my sandwich is wrong and asks if I'd like it remade. Of course?? And when my fiance took a look at his to make sure it was correct it was cold and also wrong. He asked if they could please remake it and she responded with so much attitude and proceeded to take another fifteen (fifteen!!) Minutes to make a six inch sandwich. Ridiculous.
