I've been dealing with Kelly Babitzke for over 10 years. I've never had any problem making adjustments to my policies or getting claims taken care of in a timely fashion. He has never treated me with anything other than respect. He's always quick to give options and help find solutions to any insurance needs I have. He's even been as honest, in his dealings with me, as to let me know when a company may be cheaper insurance. I plan to continue using his services in the foreseeable future.

Terrible service. Last nearly 1.5 months to deal with my claim. I had my attorney to push and finally go ahead. Bad name in the market.
