Great food and spirits, very good happy hour and in walking distance from xfinity arena

First of all, the food was great! Unfortunately everything else left a lot to be desired. The menus were dirty, they are using paper table covers, which doesn't really match the menu and pricing. However, the napkins were nice cloth. Overall a strange vibe hung in the air...Our waitress didn't say much, she even came to our table and just stood there once we sat down. We started talking just to get the ball rolling. There was no music playing on a Saturday night...No DJ, no background music, just a hushed atmosphere.
They brought us our salad, and then our main course right after. No one could finish a salad that fast. Our table was full of plates. It is better that waiting forever for your meal, but they should consider a consistent plan for salads first then entrees second.
Also, we never got our complement bread...But we didn't say anything because we're not that big into bread before dinner. All the portions were good sized for the price and we left full.
During our meal someone came to our table...Maybe the owner? She didn't introduce herself and seemed a little uncomfortable, but she did ask us if we needed anything, so I at least she's trying.
Overall I see potential for this place, but the new management needs to polish the experience.

I had to use my pocket knife to cut my meat. We ordered a 12 oz steak to split, because it was going to be too big other wise, a couple of sided and a couple drinks. We said we were splitting it but our passive agressive waiter brought only 1 dinner plate and 1 steak knife. He never came back to the table till he brought the bill, $43.00. Its a good thing I had a sharp knife in my pocket.

First, we had great service. And the food was, as always, top notch. But the place seems to be suffering either from bad management or is having financial troubles.
I asked for Irish coffee. They were out. And for their signature steak for two, the tomahawk. They were out. No prime rib either. Only one filet mignon left. Tellingly, they were out of the bread service!!
There was a single server handling the front of the house. This is the day before Valentine's day. This used to be a five star restaurant. They need Gordon Ramsey back again.

The decor and ambiance is good, these folks are trying hard. The service is sub par, the wine by the glass is OK but limited. Te dinner menu does not allow for just a burger or sandwich, some weak excuse about the kitchen being too small to run both dinner menu and sandwiches.(too my point)...
