Probably the worst customer service in town. Came in to bleach my hair. Was refused because I have "box colored" hair. They made to sign some agreements to not "complain". So much drama, all I wanted to do is get my hair done to feel better. Since they refused to bleach my dark Asian hair, I told them to die it black instead. Got refused again. Is it because I don't have white hair or what??? I was willing to pay high price and tip well, but just got refused by rude Amber, and not professional manager. The worst hair salon I've ever been. Not recommend to anyone

My colorist was Avalon and I could not be happier! She gave me the exact platinum blond I asked for and my hair was still soft and healthy. Her service was impeccable! I even get a paraffin dip and my wine glass never went empty :)

I have visited Avalon at Salon W multiple times, and every time she makes me feel great! She always knows how to do exactly what I want, before I even know that I want it! She is so up to date on trends-its so fun knowing that we are going to do something fun and new with my hair each time I see her! She is the best!! Would strongly encourage ANYONE go to her!!!

I went in about a month ago to get my hair dyed to look like my natural color and to cover up my whites. Asked for a dark brown with some low lights. Within a few days my whites had turn an awkward color of yellow. As time past my low lights, which were suppose to be a shade of brown, lightened to blond. I wasn't happy and decided to cancel my next apt. I explained why and they surprising said they would do a complimentary color. Awesome...well not really. My hair is now dark black...my ends are darker then my top and my hair looks like a witch black. I guess the complimentary color meant they where going to mess my hair up worst. Not happy! And now I get to look rediclous at work tomorrow. Pretty frustrated.

As a morning television news anchor, there's always emphases on appearance...there's no one I trust more to cut my hair than Elle at Salon W. She gets me, my look and helped me see the light on what would suit me best. She cares about how important it is to look my best and I truly enjoy the experience in the chair as she works her magic. I'm lucky to call her my stylists and wouldn't consider entrusting anyone else with my style. I know the importance of looking my best thanks to her.
