Food is excellent but don't always expect to get treated the best by the staff. The have a reputation for cussing in front of customers and screaming at one another during stressful times.

I would rate zero if possible. You can seriously do better in your own kitchen with a "build your own taco/burrito kit. The burrito may as well have been soup, the nachos were burnt, and flavor was nonexistent. Your own kitchen is probably much cleaner, too. Dirty tables, dirty floors, dirty prep area, no hair nets, the music is annoyingly loud, and the service is slow - stay away from here, and you will save yourself MUCH disappointment - I wouldn't feed this stuff to my dog, and to the health inspector that passed this place - may God have mercy on your soul.
