Horrible management/service: accused my wife of trying to leave without paying because she threw away the receipt. Had to call the employee who took her payment (and left before my wife) at home. never apologized even after they were proven it was paid. I will never go back.

Seriously best Pizza in Des Moines, and I'm not just reading that off their shirts... Wish I would have tried this place AGES ago...

Great place. Margherita pizza is delicious. Pricey but worth it. Special occasion type of place. Dining in is very casual and has limited seating. Carry out orders get a free extra slice of pizza known as "driver's slice", which you get to eat on the way home because you were the one from your family/group who drove to pick it up. Really nice people.

We just found our new favorite pizza place! Michael's had wonderful thin crust pizza with homemade sauce. Our pick was the supreme. On Fridays and Sundays, the large is $2 off. We also really enjoyed the house salad and creamy garlic dressing. The salad was a step above most places, as it included spring greens, black olives, croutons, and garbanzo beans.
We will definitely be back to this cute place in Beaverdale.
