Was here the other night but I left because I was standing in line while an employee and a manager was arguing with a customer. They had four employees expediting food and not one person was taking orders. Plus they were rude to the customers! I went to the forest one instead. At least they were friendlier!

Worst experience ever.the lady with red braids got mad cause I told her she got my order wrong .and she just started arguing with me.and she checked my receipt and I paid 19 bucks .and she still got my order wrong horrible service .i have never felt disrespected this much in my life

Worst McDonald's in town no doubt rude people definitely need new management and a blended crew I ordered 2 kids meals a cheese burger and chicken nuggets waited about 10 mins and was the 2nd car in line and also a sweet tea for my wife and I get told that they have no gogurt or sweet tea so I said ok apples are fine she picked the apples right off the counter by the soda machine and they were hot apples and also got charged extra for happy meals when on Wednesdays they are 299 oh well a buck difference but I've never had someone else tell me I had to get a value meal with it just this one but what do you expect at McDonald's it's a place for kids that's why I don't eat there personally garbage service and can't wrap my mind d around how dirty it is over there never again 6th ave corporate should get this place cleaned up and get some good crew and management in there

I would not go out of my way to frequent this establishment. If you're hungry and not trying to appease a child, C-Fresh next door (the grocery store) is a better bet.

Quick service, friendly staff. The negative reviews on here seem to be for the free standing McDonald's at 6th and University across from Quik Trip. This McDonald's is actually inside the hospital.
