Usually a big fan of Fazolis customer service, but tonight was not one of my better experiences. Girl on front counter taking orders barely said 2 words. Manager in the back was very loud while I was trying to enjoy my dinner. They not once offered more breadsticks as they came around cleaning tables. Food was very good, but customer service goes along way.

Horribly slow drive thru. It's pretty bad when you are 2nd in line and you see people park go in and come out with their food and your still in the drive thru.

Overall I'm a fan of Fazoli's. I had the spaghetti baked pizza, which was delicious. Like most of the food there, it's heavy on the salt and garlic. The food is good (especially at this price point), but nothing amazing. With the unlimited breadsticks and relatively low price, Fazoli's would be a favorite of mine if it were more convenient to eat at. It's not especially fast and (through no fault of their own) just not near where I usually am. Definitely would recommend a though.

Good service, hot food.The prices to proportions are reasonable. They are always offering freshly baked garlic sticks, I can hardly resist. I always leave full and with a take home box.

Surprisingly good fast Italian food. Delicious breadsticks with free refills! I highly recommend the lasagna! Very friendly and helpful employees!
