The staff @ Nucara take the time to get to know their customers and provide great, personal care. They actually know my name! When we go thru drive-thru they are always super friendly & attentive to my dog...

Nucara in Pleasant Hill, Iowa is THE BEST. Insurance, dosages, advice of all kinds....they know their stuff and cheerfully share with you. I will go nowhere else. I am an individual person to them.... not just another body at the window.

Horrible customer service, wait times are ridiculously long, 40+ minutes every time we go. We have been customers for 15+ years and will not be going back after our last experience.
