I didn't actually go here because I was looking for eyebrow threading but they had the best customer service compared to other places I called and were very friendly. I'll check them out for waxing stuff for sure

Chloe was great and so fast! I hate laying there for an hour getting my hair ripped out so this was greatly appreciated! She's great and friendly and doesn't make you feel awkward. Glad to be back with SUW and to have found this gem

They are always consistently able to get me in for a last minute appointment and I have never been disappointed with anyone that has done my eyebrows!

I work in the beauty industry. Actually I have a salon with body waxing services at my place of employment where I receive 50% off services. But I'd rather drive the hour, and pay full price to see Michelle for my body waxing needs. She's amazing, polite, and made the experience very fun.

Prior to my first appointment I called to get info on the hydrafacial, I've been told when calling around to other spa that extractions were included with the hydrafacial, After verifying that SUW also include extractions I went ahead and made an apt for my first Hydrafacial since they turned out to be the better price from the other spas I called but boy do I regret doing business with SUW! Keep in mind prior to the hydrafacial I would get monthly facial for up keep from my derm, so for the most part my skin pretty healthy and my face is really use to facials, my derm has a saying, you have to keep your skin guessing so that's why I decided to try something like hydrafacial. As I mentioned before price is that lead me to SUW they had intro price $95 on your first HF So I went ahead and made an apt to be seen. My first apt with the intro price I was seen by aesthetician Sorina so it seemed that appointment went well, So during check out I paid the intro price for the HF and I also decided to purchase the six treatment package for $680, Since the package was on sale and because the Sorina as informed me that in order to see results, it may take up to 6 treatments, Since my first intro apt went smooth I went ahead purchased the package paid in full and pre booked with Sorina for all six appointments. Sorina is a sweet gal but unfortunately my face looked pretty rough! My face was so swollen it looked like I had my wisdom teeth removed, lol. Its kinda funny now but at the time it certainly wasn't. I let two days go by to see if the swelling would go down and it didn't so I went to SUW to show them my face so they didn't think I was making this up. Like I've said before I've had facials done before and ever did I ever look that way before but when SUW seen my face they did apologized and informed me that Sorina is more experienced in waxing and not facials. I was so upset that they would of book me with someone that isn't experienced in facials! Also I did feel like the extraction tool might of not be properly sanitized and it didn't help that Sorina isn't experienced enough to do extractions. I immediately asked to have my future appointments changed to someone that is experience with facial. They gladly changed my future appointments, so I had one apt scheduled with Jenny and the rest of my appointments with Lauren. I went in the following week for my first apt of my six treatment package so was seen by Jenny, nice girl, her attempt in extractions and HF was appreciated but I think she was a little on edge since she was fully aware what happened at my pervious visit. Now we have Lauren, what a peach that one, very customer friendly. This is my second apt for my six treatment package. The major downfall of Lauren was the fact that she didn't want to give me the full service I paid for my HF! So needless to say it has been the best experience with SUW. I was going to keep moving forward with my appointments but I was so dissatisfied with the service I decide to reach out the manager to see if I could get a refund for the un used appointments in my treatment package which would be four un used apt. I received a phone call from him two days later, he was fully aware of the situation so he proposed a refund that did not make sense he wanted to deduct $230 x 2 since I only used two of the six from the package when I asked him where he came up with that number since on their website state the single treatment original price is $180. He had no legit reason why he wanted to deduct more so from $680 that I paid in full - $460 (230x2) he only wanted to refund me $220 when really I should be refunded $320 if he would of done the right thing and deducted original price. There was no taking to this guy he was very rude and very unpleasant so I called SUW asked the receptionist to have the owner call me I come to find out I've been talking to him all along! It makes me sick to my stomach that they can preform tx on people and do a horrible job and get away with it! I will be contacting state board. take care y'all
