Coffee is served slowly. Service is slow. Our order is almost always incorrect. We only keep going back because we can only afford them at times... they do treat our kid nice. But I think management needs to change... and people need to get serious about their job.

When you need a Dennys fix this location is just fine. The food is good, but the orders are super super slow. Last time I ordered carryout it took over a half hours. I'm pretty sure 2 orders of eggs, sausage and hash browns shouldn't kill their line...

Bad service but not the worst food was how can I describe it, bland. Our server forgot my toast and got the other two orders wrong. As a last resort ok but would recommend going elsewhere if you have the choice.

I would rather burn my money in the parking lot then spend another cent at this location. I treated my friend to a late dinner last night. They messed up his order, we had to remind the waitress to give us water when our food arrived (The place was dead the entire time). Finally as I payed they charged me twice, which i discovered the following morning as it over drafted my account. I called to get this resolved, mistakes happen I get it no ones perfect, and was ignored all morning into the afternoon. Every time I'd get through to someone they would promise to "call me back" and never did. I even called the customer service hotline hoping someone would help me.
After my fourth call I received a shallow apology and I was finally told that they would refund me TOMORROW and that I should call to make sure the GM remembers to do it. Either this establishment is entirely incompetent or they just don't care about their guests at all. Either way I won't be back.

Food was good and ample, nothing exceptional. Our waitress was awesome. The only major problem for us was it being so incredibly cold. My hands were cramping. It felt like a meat locker in there. I understand that restaurants keep it on the cooler side to encourage people to eat and leave, but this was an unnecessary extreme! I'll definitely have a sweater if we go back there plus socks and shoes not sandals.
