This review is a bit unique in that I am a contractor that has done work for Mr Priday's clientele, not a homeowner that has a policy through Sid Priday's office.
Sid and his staff are truly unique in the insurance world, and they care about their clients a great deal. I have been dealing with insurance companies and claims for the last 14 years and never have I seen the level of customer service that Sid, Diane and the rest of Sid's staff offer their customers. They follow up with contractors to ensure repair work from storm damage has been completed in a timely and professional manner and they work very hard at finding ways to save their clients money, while maintaining the highest level of service. I am in an industry where I constantly hear complaints and frustrations about insurance companies from homeowners, but every time I've spoken with a client of Sid Priday's, they've conveyed the exact opposite experience- how refreshing!!

I had a terrible time dealing with this office. StateFarm offers you very limited control over managing your account online or through a national 24-hour 1-800 number. Instead, any management of your account must be done through a local office, which is nothing less than an inconvenience. Just want to log in an make a quick change? Nope. Want to speak to someone on a weekend? Nope.
Any changes that I requested to my account were met with a hassle, and all communication came in the form of very short, unprofessional emails from the office manager. It's a shame that everything must be done through a local office, especially when you do not have a choice over which office you will be "assigned" to. Maybe there are good ones out there, but this is not one of them.

This office is great! The prices are always the best. They are very helpful and kind. Sid and Diane go out of their way to answer questions correctly and if you need to turn in a claim, they help you from start to finish. I highly recommend this office.
