Mike Carwin anticipated every request and was available and very helpful every time we needed him. This was a brokered loan with another Lender, and Mike was able to stay on schedule with them, even when it was last minutes notice. I am a local custom home builder. Rob and Ben over at canyon go way above and beyond with their service. Their speciality is title, but their value is so much more. They truly know what it means to understand all parts of the Realestate community, and the importance of connections and relationships.

Had an issue with taxes, called in at least 5 times, left voice messages to Tiffany and her assistant, got a call back three days later from Tiffany discussed the issue, got informed that she will talk to their vice president about the issue and get back to me. It's been two months, no response. Called in beginning of March, left a voice mail, no response. unprofessional and disrespectful. Last Friday, Miss Shan reached out to me and we discussed my issue, she was very knowledgeable and was willing to go the extra mile to help me out with my situation. She spent a lot of time on the phone with me to help explain what happened, and offered to help if the solution I got is not satisfying. she was more than helpful, I can't thank her enough.

I work for a insurance company and have a lot of contact with mortgage lenders, title companies, finance companies. and Tiffany at this company has been the person that has been the least helpful and rude for a simple fix... I hope no one else has to deal with her...

As a Realtor, this has always been my go-to title company and they have always handled everything smoothly. We had a few glitches at my last closing (including no fresh baked cookies, which I had already raved about to my client), a missed home warranty (not their fault), and no Settlement sheets sent our prior to our arrival...but in the end, it closed and everyone was happy.
