Used to be our favorite Italian... not any more. Over the past couple years the quality has gone way down. To the point that our last order was mostly thrown away. We're Tony P's patrons now...

So, I used Grubhub to order a pizza from this establishment tonight. I ordered it right around 6:40pm. Grubhub said around 7:45pm it would be delivered. So, I waited. This was my first time too, ordering from this place, mind you. So it became 8:15pm. Still no word from them or Grubhub. Called to cancel my order, as I ordered from somewhere else. Girl answered the phone and told me it was on delivery, so she had to get a manger. A manager named Alexander got on the phone. I told him how I felt, which wasn't aggressive, and I wanted to cancel my order. Basically what came out of his mouth was, "I don't care". That's what he told me about my order, opinion, and how I felt, with it taking an hour and a half for a pizza. The deliver driver still showed up, and he had to apologize for the manager, even though I told him I didn't want the food anymore and it wasn't his fault. He was really nice though and I give props to the deliver driver, as he was more of a stand up person than the manager. Maybe he should be the manager. Because there was no customer service from the manager named ALEXANDER. Don't think I will be ordering from them again.

Super yummy! I've only ever gotten the pizza, but it's always been really good. It totally suits the mood for a special pizza over a mainstream place pizza. Very glad I found it :)

Food is average, nothing special. The worst place to go for happy hour, yelp posts non existent happy hour specials and in the bar area permits shrieking infants and toddlers. There is plenty of room in the dining area and patio however some horrible Lowry parents are arrogant enough to want their bar experience without regard to their children and other patrons. It can't be healthy for an infant to be subjected to that level of bar noise. I observed several other patrons ask their server about this and I was told by my server that it was a constant issue and since these customers were fiends of the owner nothing was ever addressed. If my friends were costing me business, I would kindly ask them to use the patio ore dining area. These areas were full of children enjoying the evening without disrupting bother patrons. I can't advise anyone to patronize this establishment.

Good food and very friendly staff. The patio is dog-friendly and spacious!
