I have used Waterside Title many times. The the staff are the best! Friendly, pleasant and professional. They explain all the expenses and to buyers and sellers to make sure everyone is at easy. They are also a full service company with a great attorney Fred Share onsite if needed. I highly recommend them.

Being a local Realtor I have used Waterside Title and Attorney Fred Share many times over the course of 5 years. I have never found them to be unprofessional or a "mess". In fact just the opposite-in one instance they saved my buyer over $400 in uneccesary title fees that another company was trying to charge. In another where BOA kept delaying & delaying the closing they had their paperwork ready in 10 days while the Bank made us wait an extra 3 weeks. If I ever have questions or concerns they have all been answered in a timely matter. Another time when taxes came due to my buyer they took it upon themselves to write a letter to the sellers to help my buyer get the taxes paid (they went up from previous year & seller are not required by law to help). All in all I have had many great closings with Waterside Title and will continue to use them for their professionalism and hard work!

These people are a mess. Documents did not get mailed on time. Closing got pushed back several times while they drove everyone involved crazy. 10 days after I gave them the money and still no signed documents. About to call the state and file a complaint.
Excuses like 'I forgot' to outright misrepresenting conversations with third parties.
If you find yourself heading for a deal that is going through this office, DEMAND the seller find a different title company or hire a lawyer to represent you.
