Not a very customer friendly place. Ordering online or over the phone is a problem but the wings are good. The hamburger bread is awful but the meat is okay.

Aside from the food being horrible and cold, I've heard from multiple sources that the owners allow a homeless guy to lounge around in the back. They also said from time to time the employees would pay the dude pocket change to do their work...and sometimes that includes making your food. They would apparently allow him to pick at food off the makeline without gloves or washing his hands. I've heard this from roughly 4 people who use to work at this location. I guess it's also not uncommon at the other locations as well. But the food itself is so bad you don't need a disgusting story to stop you from eating here. Apparently the owners are muslim and their excuse for allowing the homeless people in and out is because of their culture. kinda ironic considering they treat their own wives/women like dirt but have a soft spot for disgusting drunk homeless people. 👌🏻

When you get good service it's fine. Had a few times where they messed up our order or forgot an item but couldn't get a hold of the store to try to fix it. Just pretty hit or miss.

I order from here fairly often, I only pick one flavor (BB) and 95% of the time is is cooked fine, rarely it is over cooked but not by much if so, again I eat here often so that is bound to happen. However when they do mess up, they ALWAYS fix the issue and never question you like you like other places with bad employees do. These types of places are always hiring and having high turnover so I expect things to go wrong, but their 100% customer satisfaction type of attitude keeps me coming back, of course the free stuff they mail you every so often out of the blue is nice too, i got 6 very nice cups and a few other items, but it is mainly their effort to right their wrongs, that keeps me around.
Edited 8/12/17 They are still a DECENT (not good) place to eat but their wing quality has gone down a lot. They say they switched providers but clearly they downgraded, yet raised prices by 20%-30%. Haven't ordered from them in awhile as it just isn't worth it anymore. Sad to see them bottom out.

Just had the best experience. Ordered at 9;25 and it came by 9:45!! Very hot and delicious everything came including sauces and drinks. Good job airway
