It needs work. Very run down. Expensive food for the experience and atmosphere (no atmosphere). Gave 2 stars because unfortunately it's the only Honduran restaurant in the dallas area. Order for pick up. Food is 7/10

Their Popusas were a bit too greasy, the agua de horchata was awful, and the salsa for the cabbage salad was runny with no taste..

I came on a Saturday morning and was completely ignored. There were other patrons being served, but not me. I was not greeted by the ladies behind the counter, had to find my own menu, had to walk up to one of the ladies who was behind the counter, had to repeat myself twice because she was too busy on her phone to look at me and had gotten my question, "Can I sit anywhere?" translated. After 15 minutes of looking at the menu and no one to ask me if I would like anything to drink, despite several women working behind the counter and some milling about asking if their kids wanted more food (which was left on a table), I took my money elsewhere. Go to Carmen's on Singleton or anywhere else where they know how to treat a customer.

Good, and fast. It was in between busy times though, about 2:00pm when we went. Loved the imported cerveza Hondureña. And my waitress offered it to me in a chilled mug. Definitely a plus!
