Food is typical Dunkin donuts. Traffic is horrible during peak times. Drive through blocks guests who park, making it a huge endeavor to get out

Everytime I go here the donuts or stale or over cooked or they only have certain kinds the coffee alway taste burnt idk I went to the dunkin dounuts over on rocky river just 10x better then this one

This is the worst dunkin donuts I've ever been to. I waited over 5 minutes for an iced tea because the girl who took my order was too busy chatting with the other employee in the back. I was also the only customer in the store. Employees are always rude and the coffee is never made right either. Will definitely not be returning here.

As long as you don't catch them too late in the evening (when the donuts are ... not so soft) then you'll be fine.
People are very pleasant.
I love their drinks/coffees.
Also, I think they might have some of the best hash browns.
