Prices are very high while Portions are very small.
I ordered the "Dang Me - Hang Me" steak, which tasted very good, and was presented nicely. I was greatly dissapointed when I realized what I thought was a nice sized portion of steak was actually a very small amount of steak cut thinly into strips and placed on top of a mound of spinach. (I am guessing between 4 and 6 oz).
Service was poor: I requested bread three times , and also had to ask and wait for beverage refills three times.
My suggestion. Do not waste your time with Boulevard Blue unless you wish to pay a higher than average price for a much lower than average portion and have to cope with poor service.
