My favorite Skyline. They're open late so it's a great place to stop after a Bearcats game or visiting the Festival of lights.

I tried my first Cincinnati style chili here. I was impressed with the quality of the food here considering how inexpensive it is. The chili is very good, and the variety of options was nice. Service was very good, in all it was a great experience.

If you're a confirmed Skyline Chili eater you know the Clifton franchise is the ultimate location in Cincinnati. The Capitol with a C for Chili and Clifton. No other store has the swag as this. Order yours 'wet'.

We’ve always experienced fast and friendly service here, even when it’s busy!
If you’ve never had Cincinnati chili, give it a try! Some people describe it as tasting sweet because of it being seasoned with cocoa powder and allspice. So no, it’s not spicy. And no, there are no beans (although they do offer a vegetarian version that is made with beans).
I love this stuff so much that sometimes I just order a bowl of chili topped with their freshly shredded cheddar cheese. But my favorite way to get it is on top of their skinny fries. My husband’s personal favorite is either the coney bowl - three bun-less hot dog in the bowl, covered with chili and cheese (and chopped raw white onion if you so desire) or the original three way (spaghetti topped with chili and cheese). The point is, you can get your chili fix in whatever way you need! I’ve also seen friend order the Greek salad and it looks great!
The only thing I don’t like about this place is that they charge you extra for sour cream and they don’t even bring you that much. But honestly, the heaps of cheese is probably enough dairy for me.
This place is very casual and family friendly, so it will always be a go-to for us.
