Good times here but the last time I was here really upset me. The goofball bouncer at the door with baby arms looked at me like an alien when I presented my Georgia ID and decided to do a bend test on it which made all the muscles in his arms to bulge. This caused a wumbo sized crease to appear down the middle. This has rendered it useless when someone is trying to swipe it to verify it. Thanks alot guy, next time do less.

I had one of my best nights here ever last night. Great Dj, great bar staff, totally recommend. Even if you don’t drink come dance with all the friendly people.

Great staff, for sure!! Quick, helpful and nice people work there. The food is outstanding. Pizza and Salad, this is one of the best places in town.

I've tried to give Mac's a chance many many times and I'm always let down. I've only ever been there late night, when they're in "bar mode" and I always get frustrated. The bartenders aren't really trained, they don't know how to serve like a typewriter (go down the bar and reset), they just choose one random spot and keep serving people that come to that spot. So if you pick the wrong spot you won't get served. Move? Then they pick a different spot. It's infuriating. They really just don't know how to treat customers, last week they decided to close at 12 because there wasn't a crazy amount of business, even though their posted hours go until 2:30. They also underpour drinks unless you're friends with that bartender. I don't know of any establishments where a 3 or 4 count (3/4oz or 1oz) are a shot. Finally, most of the customers are "from Illinois" (underage) and there for the night because they've been to Uncle Woody's one too many times in the past week. If you like walking into the bathroom to someone on their knees puking, this is the place for you!
The only redeeming factors (that saved this from being a 1 star review) are: the pizza and other food is... palatable; they usually have some good local craft beer selections (although that doesn't really matter because as mentioned before you can't get service); and their karaoke night is usually.

Always have a blast here. Servers are usually young college students but it's in a college town so that's to be expected. Food is good. Bartenders are usually good. Except for the young one that worked this last sunday. She purposely ignored customers. Namely my girlfriend who stood in front of her and watched her serve every other patron that came up after her before serving her.
