I love this Ymca they friendly the energy is great and it's convenient. They have a few problems but I can handle it.

There were many things wrong with this YMCA branch, you should be less than embarrassed to work here or go here for recreational purposes, the lady Denise at the front desk is rude to everyone from the employees to the member's. The staff just seemed to take it, it's kind of like their scared to stick up for themselves. I also noticed that Paula the director is never really there especially in the summer when the summer camp program was going on, I also put my cousin in the summer camp program and it was so many different problems, they had two counselors about to fight while eating lunch, they also had problems with Paula speaking to the kids any type of way as well as the staff members. She has threatened to write them up in front of the kids for not doing what she wanted them to do. My cousin came home with so many different stories about how not only the student were being treated but the staff as well. She had watched so much unprofessional things go on that a child should never see, she only comes to Ohio in the summer and this has been the worst summer ever due to the rude people named and some of the altercations she has seen by staff. She really loved her 7&8 counselors, Mr. Arlan, Ms.merkelle, Ms. shae, and Ms. Annaya they were always so very helpful and always tried to make her feel welcomed despite what they had to put up from upper management they made sure the kids came first.

I love this place I recommend it to Everyone. And I do mean Everyone.
It has Something for the Old and the Young and it's Soo inviting that You'll hate yourself for Not going sooner.
