I absolutely LOVE Dr. Loftspring, However Rose is very Rude and does not know how to conduct herself professionally over the phone. I called to see if there was a balance due and She told me " to say go find another dentist". All because she had my address incorrect in the system, and I did not receive a bill. Rose gives Dr. Loftspring's office a bad rep, and she should retire and stop deterring clients from his practice.

Dr Loftspring has been our family dentist for many years. We love him and the hygienists and the manager. Always a pleasant experience and no wait.

I have been going to this dentist for years! He's so gentle and is always making sure I'm doing all the things I need to do to get good check-ups. Always tells me when I have to do better brushing etc. I love this dentist!

Receptionist is harsh and extremely rude. When I didn't cancel my appointment more than 24 hours in advance she called and left an offensive voicemail. When I called the office she lectured me and told me I was irresponsible and that I needed to find a new dentist. It was completely obnoxious and out of line. Keeping up with dentist appointments is not at the top of my priority list seeing as I have a full time job with one off day a week. She has also been very rude the times that I have come in for my appointments in the past. I do not recommend this practice.
