I tried to take a dive tour with Dive Chicago and had booked everything well in advance. However, two hours before departure I found out that the tour was cancelled due to "bad wheather" and the weather was quite fine (no wind, calm waters and lots of sun). Based on this one and only contact with Dive Chigaco, I can't recommend them.
