Staff on duty until 7pm (generally very friendly) and technology works great (user friendly iOS app as well) - definitely recommend their network of parking structures

Con artist people that work here people from everywhere but America all they do is steal and break in to cars. Worst place to park. Don't waste your money here. Rasheesh will get checked for the disrespect for customers. People like that shouldn't get to work in public.

Clean and easily accessible facility. Fully integrated with Spot Hero.

Convenient parking option with nice clean lobby and elevators. Discounts available via parking apps make this garage more affordable than those around it.

Customer Service Bullies - Everything works well until you have an issue. Normally when I entered, I stopped at the entrance gate, pushed a button and the machine printed a ticket. Upon one of my entries, the ticket didn't print, the display read "invalid - enter", and the gate opened. I assumed the gate was having issues, or there was free entry (I have seen some garages that are free during certain times, I should have known better in this money grubbing town). Knowing I probably wouldn't be able to exit without a barcoded ticket, I stopped at the service desk. The attendant was an idiot more interested in her PERSONAL cell phone than helping me. She brought up the account by license plate, tried to understand what was on the computer screen, and disappeared into a side office, then printed a ticket and handed it to me. Foolish of me not to look closely at the ticket, and I put it in my wallet. When I came back 9 hours later, I pulled out the ticket she gave me, and it was the receipt from my previous parking transaction. I talked to the rude, I am always right, manager and tried to explain the situation. He would have nothing of it and insisted I owed for 24 hours. I told him it was only 9. I knew this because I had taken a photo of my license plate when I parked so I could remember the number for the discussion. He would not listen and further insisted. Being near midnight of my son's wedding, and we needed to vacate the venue, I was in a hurry. I asked him what I would owe; $48 for 24 hours. Being that the price difference between 9 hours and 24 hours is only $2, I paid him. I told him he owed me $2, but I'll let it go. "I do not owe you two dollars". I left and took my car.

I can't speak for any other garage in the Miracle Mile area. But, all prices are very similar and systems work similarly. The only chance where these garages can be better is customer sevice. This one is one to avoid
