My daughter and I tried calling in an order and I decided to wait until we were there to order while she had me on hold. She (the manager with the red hair) called me back to take my order now while that was good, I guess I was being to descriptive because she told me that she has 7 or several cars wiating. I was very offended because for one, She had me on hold, two she called me back, and three, she had the nerve to act like I was taking too long. This wasn't even the worst, SHE told us we were holding up her line when we finally did get there to place the second order. She was rude and I felt disrespected , I don't know who the owner is but he needs to re-evaluate her mgmnt skills, I don't care if she was training someone.

Excellent wings! Loved the garlic and also the lemon pepper. Can't go wrong with the fried okra either.

There are many drive thru restaurants in Chattanooga. But not all are equal. Saks Wing Shak is exceptional. They offer regular and Jumbo sized wings. So unlike others, here you have a real choice of the sized wings you will receive. No guessing what size you might get.
Their famous Lemon Pepper wings taste fantastic. And the Chicken Tenders are very large and tasty.
They cook meals to order once you place the order. Nothing is done and sitting around for someone to possibly order it. So if you don't call in your order in advance, you will have a wait. If you drive up and order, just be ready to pull aside and relax while your meal is prepared.
As they say, once you try it, you'll be back!

Fish & Tenders 10 - 15 minutes
Jumbo Wings 25 - 30 minutes
