"Your skin is so sensitive" This is what I was told partially through my eyebrow threading. I suppose that was to try to justify what she was doing to my skin. I've had my eyebrows threaded for years, and have never been so wounded during the process. After she finished and showed me, I advised her I had never been so red/cut up. She didn't even offer an apology, she simply asked if I wanted witch hazel applied and then headed to the register to take my money. I was appalled, and will not be returning.

I received a call from Ella after this post, she was very nice and willing to try right my poor experience. She offered to comp my next visit and advised me which days she would be in, so that she could personally take care of me from now on. She also advised how to properly care for the wounds, and that the associate that provided the previous service would be put through additional training.
Thank you very much Ella, I will be in to see you personally next time.

I moved from London to Charlotte in 2016, and have visited Idolize on numerous occasions and although not always satisfied however on 09/25/2017 I thought I'll go one more time, thank goodness for the lovely young lady who was working that day, Devki K, who threaded my eyebrows exactly how they should be, perfect! Thank you so very much, I'll be back next week and hope you will be be there otherwise I will have to delay until your return. Thank you again. 👍🏽😘xx

Went in to try threading, loved it! Went to get my eyebrows waxed at a nail salon one time in between my normal visits and instantly regretted it. I learned my lesson: only get my brows done at idolize.
Tried the facials and waxing services as well with Marjia and now I'm a regular client.

Maria tinted my brows and lashes and did a better job than anyone who's ever done this for me in the past at other salons. ❤️ setting up my next appointment now :)
