Pita was cold and stale. Hummus definitely did not seem to taste like it usually does. All of our entrees were either cold or luke warm at best. Mangers could be seen getting frustrated and angry at the staff in front of customers. Any other time we’d rate Zoe’s with 5 stars, but tonight just wasn’t their night with us. They graciously refunded a portion of our check and apologized, which we really appreciated.

The people out here loves Zoe's Kitchen. Again I'm a little spoiled being from Los Angeles where we get more authentic Mediterranean readily available. I have noticed Zoe's takes a while to get your food out and the service is lacking. That said I have found myself eating it very frequently.

A great healthy alternative to eating out. I ordered the Mediterranean Chicken plate and it was awesome. When I come through Charlotte I look forward to eating here. Reasonably priced and good service.

My lunch here was great! Everyone was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the service fast. It felt like everyone knew each other; there was a lot of positive energy. And my food was fresh and tasted excellent.

This is a great Zoës. The employees are super friendly and have always been very helpful with any ordering/menu questions. One time (out of many visits) the food was not fresh and they fixed it right away when we brought it to their attention. That is the sort of service I can appreciate. The food you eat here generally leaves you feeling full but also refreshed(which is sometimes a hard balance to find). The outdoor seating in the Met is really enjoyable and fun.
