I have been using this salon for two years. With in the past four months I have been unhappy. They offer auto draft service, that is not working. I have requested for the owners to call me 5 times. They refuse to call me about this issue. The girls have said that the owners response was "Oh well". That I would have to come in each month and pay in store. Well I find this inconvenient. The owners lack business since. If the owners don't care if there customers are happy, then what else do they not care about? I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Buyer be ware!!! I stopped in yesterday to finish my 1 session only to over hear the customer infront of me being told they no longer have weekly sessions and these are our new beds and monthly rates. However, no new beds have arrived but you have to buy the new packages based on the new beds that won't be here until next month and only 1 at a time will be showing up. Higher rate, old beds and limited packages is going to hurt your bank account. The customer walked out. I then inquired and was told the same thing. I too will not be buying your packages. Really sad because I enjoyed this place.

The front desk chick was really nice and professional, but I've used the spray tan 3 times and every time walked out with what looked like a million orange freckles. Worst spray tan I've ever had in my years of spray tans. Not even worth the $20

Convenient with a variety of beds and products. However, they cater to a VERY "high maintenance" clientele, so I'm not surprised about the negative reviews. Love the place tho.

Service was spotty at best (depending on who was working - some of the girls were very nice). I had 2 different employees tell me 'don't worry about giving 30 days notice for cancelling we can get it done as long as its a week or two out'. When I cancelled 2.5 weeks out the girl told me it was fine they would get it processed and sure enough they charged me the next month. When I called up there to get it refunded (and I had to call twice and re-explain several times) they said sorry - you signed a contract - too bad. And the girl I spoke to then hung up on me. Seems to me their employees could use some better training - AND manners.
