Came here on my lunch break because it's walking distance from my job. I haven't eaten at this location in years but tonight decided to try it out again. Soon as I got there, I noticed their grade"A" so I'm like okay cool! Also it was empty. Once I got inside there was a light skinned fellow in the back doing something, he saw me come in and said something, it sounded as if he said "what you want" but I couldn't hear because there was loud music playing. So I just ignored it like okay whatever. But in the back of my mind I was literally looking for my greeting, didn't get one. I'm looking at the menu now, and he turns around and says "you know what you want?". That really pissed me off but I responded "no, not yet" then he went back in the back and continued doing whatever. That attitude/customer service of his let me know in advance what kind of food I would have gotten. So i decided to leave. I don't think people understand the importance of that first impression, but because if this I'm definitely not coming back to this location. I wish I knew his name so I could post it for you all!
