I have been going here about once a week for 2 months as it is on the home for me. Today I ordered my usual, shrimp in teriyaki sauce. After arriving home I realized that what they've given me was shrimp hibachi. I called back asking if they could remake it and the girl said they had sides of teriyaki she could give me. Since I lived closed and it seem less wasteful I agreed and left the house not realizing it was now rush hour. 20 minutes later and only half way there I realized everything would be very cold by the time I got back. So I called the restaurant and told them excepting sauces at this point wont help, and id like it remade. The girl talked to the manager and he said that they could only remake my food at that point if it was brought back. I told them I left the food at home because I was originally planning to just take the sauce cups and that to go all the way back home and to the restaurant would add another hour to the trip. They said all they would give me was the sauce cups. So here I am in my kitchen with their damn sauce cups cooking my own dinner. If you want a restaurant that makes you cook your own meals after their mistake this is the place for you!!!! I will never be back. Dont waste your time or money.

I came in and placed a order. I was informed that the wait would be 20 minutes. However, they gave other customers who placed their orders after their food first, and it was still like two people in front of me waiting. Horrible customer service.

The food is always good. Atmosphere is visually lacking. But I'd rather have great food at good prices, rather than pay for their much needed remodel. Ijs.
