The facilities are nice, and the medical staff seems to be quite knowledgable. However, it's nearly impossible to call and have someone pickup the phone. I'm looking for a new dermatologist because it's that bad. Most recently, I've called 4 times a day for the past 3 days, with no answer. Requesting an appointment on the website doesn't work because you don't get a call back. I have a few friends that go here that have noticed the same.

I came to Sheperd dermatology because I was in pain. I had visited a dermatologist for the same issue before but to no avail. The staff here was so warm and friendly and knowledgeable that I felt that I was in good hands from the minute I walked through the door. In addition to the prompt and thorough medical care, the clinic is also a beautiful space. The entire experience put me at ease, and I am confident in the plan of treatment.

I was referred to Dr. Shepherd by a friend of mine. It was the best experience I have ever had at a doctor's office. I was extremely impressed with the "calm vibe" of the office, not to mention the friendly staff and thorough exam that I received. I left feeling like I had made the right decision and my friend's advise was spot on. I'm glad to know I found the right place and have referred others as well.

I was curious to know why they moved to their new location off of Coleman Boulevard. When I drove into the drive and walked into the building I understood why. There new office is amazing.
I was greeted and signed in quickly and after a few minutes while he was taken back to the examining room. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The exam was done quickly and professionally. Dr. Sheperd. Is a pleasure to deal with.
I will definitely recommend her practice to anyone who might ask.

An amazing fresh experience! The office sits under beautiful southern oak trees and the building and interior feel like something from Southern California. The lobby is stunning with books and artwork. The staff was warm and welcoming. This was a regular check up and it was thorough and done with kindness. Dr. Shepard even gave me a hug on the way out! So glad this new integrative, wholistic approach has reached the east coast! Much gratitude for a wonderful experience! Highly recommended!
