Don't go there period. The posts pictures are nats hovering on the walls and around our heads while eating. Waited for about 5 minutes to be seated, there were about 3 tables eating, the dining area was practically empty, dirty tables everywhere, "managers" were sitting at a table by entrance and looked over a couple of times before one got up to help us. We ordered our food which was quite simple, pancakes, eggs and waited over 10 minutes for that. Same scenario at checkout, no-one in front, not enough cash to break my bill, so waited again. In the meantime a very elderly lady, (holding on to her cane for dear life) and family were made to wait while searching for change and someone to help seat them. I was there with my grandchildren and will not return, ever. I really wanted to complain but I'd still be there waiting for someone to complain to.....

We were seated fairly fast...waiter took drink order right away.......and there we sat.....and waited and waited...................and waited for someone to come and take our order. It was not busy, and after waiting approximately half hr, with still no one coming to take our order, my fiance had to get up, and walk over to where the waiters were at, and had to ASK them if anyone was going to take our order tonight!! Finally, they came over & took our order. The waiter had to come back twice, to get our order correct. Our food came, and my fiance's pancakes we're cold, the butter wouldn't even melt. He even had to remind the waiter TWICE about the toast, that came with the meal. FINALLY, after half our meal was eaten, the toast came........and it was hardly even toasted.....and it wasn't wheat toast, which was ordered.
We were extremely disappointed in the service, and quality of part of the meal. I don't see us ever coming back!! And highly unlikely that I'd recommend to any of our friends and family, to go to this particular Ihop!! (Edgewood Rd. Ihop)

Generally this a good place to take the kids for breakfast/lunch, any meal, as there is something for everyone. The last couple times we've been there though I've had to ask for silverware as well as other table items (salt, pepper & sugar caddie). The orders are usually perfect & the wait isn't too long. I know we will be back!

Best server I've had in awhile. He did everything perfectly. So much so that I had to all for the manager so he's know. Food was great, too. Clean, busy restaurant.

Andy (neck tattoos) is the best server here at night. He always gets our orders right and is very cool to talk to. This is a great place to eat late at night because it's quiet and there's no noisy little kids around.
